Considering this Hatteras dates back to 1971 the construction of the hull looks in great condition and is ready for fishing. The topside and flybridge was recently painted. The only area which requires cosmetic fiberglass work is around the forward Windshield which was removed and replaced with marine plywood and fiberglass finish.
Engines were replaced with Cummins V470's natural aspirated diesels( exact year of engines not known at this time) . Documentation was not included in the purchase because the vessel was acquired through an IRS settlement. The current owner's company provides heavy equipment to the transportation industry. One of the mechanics stated the engines were lightly used approximately 500 hours. Oil samples have been sent for analysis.
Interior Salon Floor and Galley is currently being cleaned and from carpet installation. The tile and Shower Stall in the head needs cleaning.
Electronics are in disrepair and need replacement. Some units may work but have not been tested.
